梁天全，男，1987年生，山东莘县人，党员，理学博士，讲师，硕士生导师，从事遥感信息与光学传感领域教学科研工作。担任《Artificial Intelligence Review》、《IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices》、《Measurement》、《Infrared Physics and Technology》、《Remote Sensing》、《Drones》、《Sustainability》、《Sensors》、《Mathematics》、《Environmental Monitoring and Assessment》、《SN Applied Sciences》等期刊审稿人。
